Are you a social worker, agency worker, Guardian ad Litem (GAL), or licensing agency working with a family who could use Least of These Carolinas' programs? Refer the caregiver here.

Our program forms must be completed by the child's current caregiver. We'll email the caregiver an invitation to register, and a member of our team will follow up with them.

Depending on the program and the child's placement, the caregiver may be asked to upload proof of documentation (for example a court order, authorization affidavit, or adoption decree) when they register.
